How to use Edit PDF
- Add a PDF.
- Choose Edit & Annotate to add text, drawings, highlights, shapes or pictures, or Fill & Sign to fill in form fields and add your signature or the date. Organize pages lets you reorder, turn, copy, delete or add blank pages.
- Click any item to change, move or delete it, then press Save changes.

Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. The PDF is opened and changed by code running in your own browser tab. The page is locked so it cannot send data to any server, and nothing is kept once you close the tab.
Can I fill in forms and sign here?
Yes. Open Fill & Sign: type straight into the form’s fields, and use Sign to draw, type or upload your signature or initials, then click where it goes. It is made on your device and never uploaded.
Can I change the existing text in my PDF?
Cover it with White-out, then type the new text on top. The result looks edited, but the old text is still in the file underneath; use Redact PDF to remove it for good.
Can I use my keyboard?
Yes. Tab to an item, then use the arrow keys to move it, Alt and the arrow keys to resize, and Delete to remove it. Ctrl+Z undoes and Ctrl+Y redoes.
